Sound files play in Slow-Motion when On CZ or 1.6

My files play fine on CS:S but when I switch my engine to play CZ or CS 1.6 and get in game when I play a sound clip It comes out in slow-mo anybody know how I can fix this?

They're two different engines, both use different audio formats, check the sticky/manual for the proper one to use.
