Sound and voice plays back to me

When i use hldj i see my own name and the audio I'm playing then when i try to talk i also see my own name and hear what I say next thing i know i get auto kicked even in an empty server for "excessive mic spam even w/ a clip about 2 seconds long even when the audio stops that little bubble is still there and yes voice_loop is at 0 has anyone else had this problem before?

Sounds like it's a server problem - moving this to help.
Try it on your own server. If servers have plugins to prevent HLDJ, there's nothing that can be done.
