Team Fortress 2 ( no sound)

i installed it like 2 times updated all my drivers. i have sound when i get im's within steam. there is just no sound coming from the game. i don't know what to do.

also have i played the game boefore with sound...since now i bought the game just nothing. a bug? or...>>
