The error is what I get when I play any game or mod in source engine 2007, I think. Depends on what engine Obsidian Conflict and TF2 are. Correct if I'm wrong but I thought it was 2007.
Anyhow, every time I load it the quickselect I get that error. Even though it is in face no where near 1 MB. It's about 22 kB. Quite strange. I have no idea what is causing this and I can't find any documentation about it on the web.
I require your assistance.

The game will also display this message when the file is empty. Best way is to actually open it up in a text editor and verify its contents. The most common reason why it may be empty is if the current audio directory is invalid, so double-check your paths.

Re: exec hldj_quickselect.cfg: is over 1 MB!
I never changed my paths and they were always correct. I have already checked it but it was full. Hence the reason why it was 22 kB... Strangely enough I tried it again after 1 hour or so upon getting the error and then it did work. I haven't shut off tf2 or hldj. I got the error, tried again 1 hour later and then it did work. I didn't do any console work. Just playing...

Ok thanks, I think others may be getting this too. I'm guessing it's working for you, but only randomly and will break again. Stand by, I'll figure it out.
