Songs might play, never work again.

I tested this with HLDJ and even with HLSS, both had the same issue. I have converted the songs correctly, and they played in both programs perfectly fine. Then, after using it a few times, it stopped working. Now whenever I click the key to listen to my music, I instead hear my own voice on a delay. The game I am using this on is garrysmod. Anyone else have a similar issue
