1.) " Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?"
A: Yes
2.) " Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?"
A: Yes
3.) "What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?"
A:
] la

4.) "After loading one of the sample audio files, perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where?"
A: Yes, in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(my name)\counter-strike source ( I did use a sample file as well as one of my own)
5.) "Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game?"
A: Yes, my microphones works properly and others can hear me.
To Begin, I have installed "HLDJ" version 1.6.0a10 32bit. I am using HLDJ solely for counter-strike:source. I have read the manual and watched tutorials on how to install, so I have no doubt that installation isn't the problem. I have all console commands needed to be on, on. I am stumped.
Possible errors:
1.)I am copying mp3 files off of my ipod and then converting the file using the HLDJ's mp3 converter.

Did you hit your play audio key? The one you specified in HLDJ. That might sound like a stupid question, but the way you worded your problem I thought I may as well ask. The song isn't supposed to play as soon as you load the song, that just means it's ready to play.

Re: No sound after loading a wave sound file.
I got it to work now, for some oddball reason it wasn't saving my audio button when I set it. Had to reinstall though.
