Distorted Sound(Weird) and HELP

Ok so Started looking up on the internet for a music player and i found DLDJ. I found a jackpot so i downloaded it and viewed a tutorial online. So all settings were fine every, was correctly input but when i entered a game and i press F1 it plays i loud retatred buzzing noise like some noisy office server control room. So its annoying and people kick me off the server.

I am trying to play some response noises like ''oooooo thats gotta hurt" from duke nukem.

My file is .wav and brother wanted to help me and he said something about a bitrate.

I am try to play TF2
every things gets loaded as in ( la ) (1.2.3.4.5.6... for the option of sound)

Game launch is in steam apps/User/Tf2/tf

Please help me.

i might have found the problem but im not sure people keep on suggesting things i will reply if its been solved

could be the 11025hz problem...
