not working with garys mod.

when i try to play audio in garys mod all i hear is static and my voice and not the music. i made sure to select the audio by typing "la" then the number that corresponds to the audio file i want to play. anyone have any idea whats wrong?

See the stickies in the Help section, you need to play on a server that allows playing of audio.
