HLDJ music not working

ok, hi there, so i downloaded HLDJ earlier today, and i got it working for a bit, but then i did something to it, and whenever i press the push to talk button the symbol saying others can hear me comes up, but the music i selected, and it says it loaded normally, doesnt play, but when i push it again (mines F5) my name pops up and sounds like it was starting to play the music, but it goes away again, and it does that everytime, whats wrong with it?

I just went through the Manuel, and the sticky and nothing helped

I am having this same issue. Although, I went to grab a sample file but there doesn't seem to be a way to save it so I can use it? Bear with me, I'm a major noob haha. I filled out the questions..

1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?
yes

2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?
yes

3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?

4) After loading one of the sample audio files, perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where?
I don't understand the question I assume I need to save the sample file to my computer, but there's no way to save it. I'm obviously dumb about this :V (fyi, I was trying this one: http://hldj.org/sample_src2.wav )

5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? *
Yes, voice works just fine.

Hmm..after poking around a bit, some songs work...makes me think I messed up the converting process Over 150 songs

ok, I got it. I think it WAS conversion errors. I just converted some using HLDJ's converter and it works fine haha
