HLDJ fails to complete during download

when i tried to download the latest version of HLDJ, a message popped up at the end saying that the file isnt founed. i even tried the older version and even that came up with the message. help please!

This is almost certainly a problem with your network. Not HLDJ.

ive checked my network and its at high speed, plus its windows 7
