HLDJ not working

Hello,

I've been using HLDJ for quite awhile now. I only have about 10 songs on it and when I added one more one day, I tried to type in la and it didn't work. Heres what I did:

Current: (none) Next: (none)
Directory: C:\Users\Jack\Music\HLDJ Music
exec hldj_listaudio.cfg: file size larger than 1 MB!


Please help! I don't have anything in there thats higher than 1 MB.

Which version of HLDJ are you using?

It says Version 1.6.00 or something but I'm pretty sure I downloaded the stable version. 64-bit.

What OS? If you are using Windows 7, try this:

Right click on HLDJ.exe, hit properties, check "Run this program as an administrator"
and Run this program in compatabily mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

Opps I am sorry. First, I am running Windows Vista. Second I have figured out that I downloaded the latest version instead of the stable version. Please help. Thanks!

The steps jxl posted are pretty much the same on Vista I think.
