Little bit of unclear music

okay so some people in game were complaining about the song , that they were hearing crackling noises or unclear sounds. Is there any way to fix that?

It wasn't like totally unclear just a little i could hear it too.

Doesn't that have to do with my "Master Volume " settings?

I wish I could say there was an easy fix, but the fact is that the source engine (the engine TF2 runs on, and this inlcudes for voice chat as well) doesn't let you play any higher quality sounds than what you have now. That's why the files needed to be converted in the first place. If you hear other people playing sounds with perfect quality, I'd like to know.
