Can't Shift - Tab in Team Fortress 2

Alright, when ı open TF2 trought HLDJ, it runs perfectly. But when I try to open Steam Community (Shift - Tab), game freezes for 5 minutes and comes back to normal after a while. Is there any solution? thanks

It's highly unlikely this problem has anything to do with HLDJ at all.
