Once works then not

Hi i have a problem and i have a hidden hope that u could help me to solve it.The problem is that after changing server or sometimes just after reloading hldj it does not give a sound.I mean that i see my mic icon but its sound is like zzzzzz silent.Sometimes it works properly i have no idea whats going on pls help.*its cs:S
