Not able to download HLDJ

Im on Windows Vista, and when i try to download it it come sup as an internet file, and when i try to run just spams me with internet pages that never load, is there another way to get around this? If anyone knows how to turn the open with internet thing off plz tell me, its been on for everything i download so now i cant use anything
