I present to you my Tourettes Guy sound pack, audio clips taken from Youtube videos and the DVD, 125 files compressed neatly at 88% from 8MB to 6.88MB, in 7z format.

Taken directly from my HLDJ sounds folder- load 'em up and you're good to go. Encoded for Source games.
Again, its in 7z format, you'll need the 7-zip program to decompress it.
