Gmod crashes !

Hey , i have been lookin to sum guides how to fix HLDJbut nothing tht helps me ..

i have 1.6.02 32bit on winXP
When i play a sound i can hear like a half second of it .. then my gmod crashes with sum 'read' thing error
my voice_input is located
D:\program\steam\steamapps\*USERNAME*\garrysmod

I have AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core proccessor 4200+
