Certain songs don't play

Out of all the songs in my HLDJ audio folder, 2 of them don't play; specifically Ryu* - Second Heaven, and Ryu* - 雪月花 (Snow on the flowers). I just don't understand why these two songs won't play, even though I have successfully converted them just like all my other songs.

I have the same problem. I edit my audio in Ableton (bass drop, level drop) and export as 16bit wav file. Then I use switch sound file converter to finalize the file to 16bit, 11025khz, wav, mono (ableton wont go low as 11025).

I do this to all of my songs in the same format. I dont change any encoder options since they stay the same. Only about 1/2 of the songs I convert actually play. The other half is dead silence but my name pops up like it is playing. When I end it there is a pop/click sound.

Although HLDJ does its best to filter illegal characters, some may still cause a problem with a game. Try changing the filename so that it contains only ASCII characters. And always test with the sample audio files or the built-in converter.
