HLDJ just isn't working

Hi, my hldj is not working in TF2 for me, for some reason.

I have all the files and stuff converted to wave sounds, and I have it all set up for TF2 and stuff. I open TF2 up with hljd, type in LA in console, it's working just fine, then I select my sound. It comes up with all the names of my files and stuff, I select one, then join a server, press my key to play the sound, and nothing happens. Here's where I have my files:

F:\hldj

F is my USB Flash drive, this is the folder where I keep my MP3 files to be converted.

F:\hldj32_1.6.02\HLDJ\Audio

Also on my flash drive, this is the main hldj folder and where I keep my wave songs.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\-My steam name-\team fortress 2\tf

Game directory.

F:\hldj32_1.6.02\HLDJ\Audio

Audio directory.

My play audio key is V.

I converted all the files using the automatic audio converter.

Any ideas? Please help!
