No Sound

I Tried to Fix it up put everytime there is no music. I've Windows Xp. There is no error in the Console. I tried it with TF2 and CSS but dindt worked.
Please Help

Does the regular mic work?
Try copy-pasting a wav file to "steamapps\account\counter-strike source\" and rename the file to "voice_input.wav". Go back into game and enter "voice_inputfromfile 1; voice_loopback 1; voice_forcemicrecord 0; +voicerecord" and see if that plays anything.

My mic works and there is only some "sound" not really sounds i think noises when the file is ( voice_input) is empty(no song on it)

If that doesn't work, that's bad news... something is very wrong with your setup (assuming you're absolutely certain the wav file is converted correctly right? (try the sample_src.wav from forum sticky)); also are you running a dual-core?
If all else fails, try re-installing Steam/CSS.
