Hidden binds?

Hi, i have a problem,

in left 4 dead 2,

first i use F1...but its vor the vote in game, so i must removet...to F3...BUT on F1 its still on ._. so i cant use the vote, how can i delate the F1 bind?

remove the bind in HLDJ
in console:
"unbind F1"
"bind F1 <insert the command you want>" or do this via options -> controls
