5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game?
Yes
HLDJ was working fine using sample audio clips straight from the hldj site, then i downloaded some mp3s and converted them in Audacity, Loaded track, Set project rate to 11250 or whatever then split stereo track then set 1 of them to mono then deleted the other, then set the Sample format to 16-bit PCM. Exported it as a WAV file and stored it in my folder where HLDJ grabs the files from. Like said above it boots fine and loads the song fine, and the voice input.wav in my steam directory sounds like the sound i loaded but when i press F1, (my key) it just gives me an echo of my voice. Oh and just last night i was testing the samples on 1 of my servers so i know its NOT serverside. But whats really weird is after i converted those mp3s and stored them in the same folder as the samples i had downloaded, the samples wouldnt work now either. Might just uninstall hldj and delete all my converted files, so far i havent seen a solution so this seems pointless, ALL WELL!
