No.
HLDJ loaded - some files could not be written ( 1 error ) !
Quick-Start Guide:
1 ) enter 'la' to display the audio list.
2 ) enter the number of the file to load.
3 ) press the F1 key to start/stop audio.
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?

4) After creating your own local server and enabling playing of audio files:

Yes. It appears in Computer>OS (C:)>Program Files (x86)>Steam>steamapps>USERNAME>team fortress 2
4-b) If it exists, open it in an audio player: does it sound like the audio file you loaded?
Yes.
4-c) If it exists, return to the game, and enter the following into console:

Yes.

It should be noted that it will play many of my songs, just not a few of them. I used an example of one that does not work properly in this topic. It is not a conversion issue as I have converted all of them the same way and multiple times. A majority of the many work, where few do not.
