Can't use HLDJ! Help me please :(

Hello! I downloaded HLDJ, I've put the tf2 folder , music folder to the right place, converted music, but when i enter team fortress 2 and try to use it, it doesn't work o.O please help me.

I enter the game by pressing the green play button,
i enter la , select number at the console, but it doesnt work! help me please!

I might be having the same problem. Mine just started today after fixing my mic so that I could finally talk, but could no longer use hldj. When I press you play key it just plays back my voice.. It might have something to do with t config files, but I'll have to check.
