HLDJ Won't work CSS

1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you? Yes
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)? Yes
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"? Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/hldj_cmd_b.cfg
4) Create your own local server and set the appropriate sv_ commands (see above), then: Yes I've done that
4-a) Load one of the sample audio files and perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where? It shows up but then say's Host_WriteConfiguration:[/i] Wrote cfg/hldj_cmd_b.cfg
4-b) If it exists, open it in an audio player: does it sound like the audio file you loaded? Yes It does.
4-c) If it exists, return to the game, and enter the following into console: I've restarted HLDJ and CSS Alot. I Would really like to use this product
5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? *
Yes It does.
What happens is it just plays my mic and won't use the Sounds when I type la. Any help and If it's I just didn't set it up can you post a tutorial link as I Followed the manual but it doesn't say anything about this.

4.c) = Yes? -> check your hldj_playaudio is setup correctly ("alias hldj_playaudio" in console)
4.c) = No? -> most likely didn't set the proper sv_ variables for the server, see the sticky/rules (99.999% of problems posted here).
