Problem in Team Fortress 2 (Original buyed from steam store)

Well is very simple i load my sounds and everything but when i try to find a server it throws me the error of that i need the Steam beta thing but it's not that cuz.

When i try to play with the bots (That have's nothing to see with online games), it says something about the original cd.
When i start the game without hldj nothing of that happens.

PD: In console at the end of all says that is missing something about the spray, and other thing i dont remember.
PD2: if screenshots needed please ask.
PD3: I will edit when i reach my pc and enter to see what is the other missing stuff
