Problem with hldj in tf2.

Currently, I have my key binded to ], but there is a problem with startup.
Not sure whether my audio files are loaded or not, but when I press the key, nothing comes out.
I go on micspam servers everyday, I checked every micspam server, and I got no results.
I'm really not sure whether not to reinstall tf2.

or tl;dr, I press key, no music comes out, help me, I am dumb.
***Note
When I press it, the little line to identify which person is speaking does not come out for me.

I had this problem too, i TRIED Reinstalling the game, but it did not work
