Has HLDJ been abandoned?

I've noticed that no updates or announcements have been made for the project since the hat-less hat update. does this mean that they have abandoned the project altogether?

development for HLDJ has reached its goals and there are no major bugs, features or updates left to add. I don't plan on actively developing it unless there's a breaking change or some feature I feel is worth adding; however the forums are active and the HLDJ project is entirely open-source.
