Problems during setup.

So, i have used HLDJ before on a previous computer without any issue. So, recently i built a new rig, loaded all my games and went to download HLDJ. So, i downloaded the program, opened it up went to set up, got the games selected and went to go set the audio play key and there are no sections. I tried to manually type in a key even using a singular key like = or -, but none of this worked. I even went ahead and did everything through console in game and still no response. Things i have tried is, like mentioned before, manually typing in the key name and or using a singular key and even deleting and re-downloading the program MULTIPLE TIMES and still get the same result. So, if anyone has an idea as to why it would do this and how i could fix it, that would be great to let me know.
I am using windows 7 64-bit.

if the key is valid and doesn't conflict with any other bind, manually typing it in is fine.
the file binds.hldj must be present in order for the list to be populated.

I got the binds to work, but now the program isn't recognizing any MP3 files.
EDIT: ALL MP3s are now uploaded, css is launched through HLDJ and console comes up as supposed to with the info saying hldj has succesfully been loaded. Join a server that ALLOWS hldj use and does not have it blocked, press the play audio key "UPARROW" and get nothing..
