Can't Convert Files

Whenever I convert files it doesn't work in-game so I have to use the things that people have posted, and they work. I use Audacity and I open the file, Change the Rate to 11025, Sample Format to 16, click split stereo track, choose mono, then delete the second file made and export as a .wav, but it doesn't work.

So, Is the sample format suppose to be 16 or 32 because it says 32 in the gif, but 16 in the manual.

16 - Audacity doesn't update the display properly in the track info area.
