HLDJ setup issues

So I uninstalled and reinstalled HLDJ to try and fix a previous error I had, and now, after I add my games and click OK, an error message pops up that reads "Could not write to settings.hldj Do you want to return to setup?" This also appears when I change options.

Make sure you unzip HLDJ into a location you have access to, and that 'settings.hldj' (if it already exists) hasn't been marked read-only, etc.
