HLDJ problem

I have this problem everytime i go on hldj on TF2 and i press my audio key (F1) it does that mic logo where you talk on the right bottom and it don't hear the music i play. I tried the known commands like voice_loopback 1 but that doesnt seem to work.

Quick-Start Guide:
1 ) enter 'la' to display the audio list.
2 ) enter the number of the file to load.
3 ) press the F1 key to start/stop audio

I haven't tried all of the console commands like voice_loopback i tried 2 i forgot the other one
