HLDJ Stuttering/speeding problem

The problem itself, is not shown in the video due too editing problems.

But its basicly skipping, such as if it were to be playing "jingle bells", it would be like

jinglebell jin bel jin al th w...

it works fine when im playing offline with bots, it works fine.

If anyone could help me, i would be happy to provide any information they might need.
