Monster thing?

Im new here so pls help me!
My problem is: When i write the number in the console, and press the button, i hear these monster things
Game>TF2
Button>Alt
Sounds>Duke nukem taunts
Engine>Source
Location: C:\...\SteamApps\[MYUSERNAME]\team fortress 2\tf
Sound edited with> GoldWave> Equalizer>Master(dB) to -12.5
PLEASE HELP ME!

Likely a conversion issue, read the sticky and test with the sample audio files.
