Whistling/buzzy Sound (TF2)

Whenever I get on TF2 and try to use HLDJ, I get a whistling sound instead of the song I chose.
I've tried multiple songs, multiple servers, and I checked each of the audio files and they work.
But when I get on TF2 and hit the button it starts making a whistling or high pitched buzz.

I've reinstalled both TF2 and HLDJ but that didn't work.
I checked all the file paths and they seem to be correct.

Is there anything that I should do to fix this?
I know it is not an unknown issue, I have heard others have a "whistling" sound when they used HLDJ when playing before.
