HLDJ Not Working For Me On Team Fortress 2

HI guys, ive started from scratch, this is what i've done so far:
1. No game profiles currently exist. Would you like to run Setup now?
Yes

2.Would you like to add all of your games?
Yes

3. (On the screen are two boxes: Play audio key: AND Audio Directory: Audio)
With audio key i typed in F1, with audio directory i put my "Audio" folder as the default folder. (It was empty)

4. Searching for games (Loading)
Finished! Added 6 new games in total. Done

5. The games shown are portal2, hl2, portal, sourcetest and tf
I then removed all of them except "tf"

6. I clicked on the tick.

7. I then click on audio converter, what comes up is: Engine:Source, Volume 85%, Quality: Best, Input Directory: (I put in the folder which had all the mp3 files in it, then put my in my Output Directory: Audio folder)
I clicked on the play symbol (start symbol)

8. I open up tf2 and get greeted with the console saying:

Quick-Start Guide:
1 ) enter 'la' to display the audio list.
2 ) enter the number of the file to load.
3 ) press the F1 key to start/stop audio.

Basic Commands:
hldjn, hldjp, hldjr - loads the next/previous/random audio file.
hldjca, hldjcd - displays the current audio file/directory in console.
hldjsca, hldjstca - displays the current audio file in public/team chat.
hldjsq, hldjqa - stops HLDJ and quits the current game/quits both.

What the hell is this?

9. I then go into a server where ppl have played HLDj b4 and i press F1 and nothing happens apart from the ! symbol saying that im speaking.

Please help me i just want to play music for everybody to listen to!!!!
