[Problem]Sound

Hello,

I downloaded HLDJ to put sound in Counter Strike : Source. I convert my sound in : 11.025 Hz - 16 Bit - Mono - Wav. And, i used "GoldWave " to adjust the equalization in the sound.
When i start Counter Strike Source, i wrote in the consol " La " and i wrote the number of the sound. I entered into a server and i press the touch who can put the sound on.
And... I have a sizzle

How may I solve this problem?
