HLDJ, not working after update!

My Microphone hasen't been working on CSS after the voice improvement update.
But now after i tried using HLDJ after the update it ain't working either!
I've found out what the problem is, the SV_USE_STEAM_VOICE has to be 0 not 1 for HLDJ to work, same thing with my Microphone.
Is there any possibilities i could use HLDJ with the SV_USE_STEAM_VOICE set to 1?
Cause i mean there's still people who can use Microphones with it and maybe even HLDJ. :S

the recommended way to enable HLDJ is to set sv_use_steam_voice 0. we don't support or encourage any other way.
