HLDJ not working

I load tf2 with HLDJ, go to a server, press "la", I select audio number, and when i press the M key (the key selected to play audio) nothing happens, it doesnt even show a rectangular box like its supposed to.

1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?
Yes
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?
Well all I see is this "cant load cheat cvar" stuff
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?
Model '(null)' doesn't have attachment 'backblast' to attach particle system 'rocketbackblast' to.
*And it keeps putting that message on top*
4) Create your own local server and set the appropriate sv_ commands (see above), then:
4-a) Load one of the sample audio files and perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where?
Not at first but i already made a voice_input.wav with a sample audio file
4-b) If it exists, open it in an audio player: does it sound like the audio file you loaded?
Yes, excatly as i loaded it
4-c) If it exists, return to the game, and enter the following into console:
CODE: SELECT ALL
voice_inputfromfile 1; voice_loopback 1; voice_forcemicrecord 0; voice_modenable 1; voice_enable 1; +voicerecord
Does the audio file start to play?
Well all i hear is this annoying high-pitched sound
5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a microphone, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game?
I have a microphone and it works perfectly

likely the server isn't configured properly, see the sticky for instructions on how to properly configure your server.

No, it says: HLDJ loaded - some files could not be written ( 1 error )

4-c means your server isn't configured correctly.
the console errors aren't serious,and likely a result of running more than one instance of HLDJ at a time. you can get rid of them by deleting any .hldj files that appear in your game directory.
