TF2 Sounds not loading

I couldn't get the sounds to play ingame, and I noticed that when I typed in hldjca, it said current: none, next xxxxx.wav. I tried to use hldjn, but to no avail. I also keep getting this message; '":" isn't a valid key'.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and that colon looking thing is actually a small 1 in case you can't see it.
