Music plays...really fast and distorted

I have converted the files properly, yes I have definatly done that. Each time I press my play key it plays the whole thing in about 10-15 seconds and of course that means it plays bits and makes it sound choppy. I think there was ONE time it worked, then it didn't again... does anyone know what casues this because it is VERY annoying.

If you're positive it's converted correctly, then it may be the multi-core processor issue; read the forum sticky for more help on that topic.

EDIT: The Duel-Core Optimizer says to rightclick the tray icon, but there is no tray icon, for some reason it won't start...

EDIT2: I dunno if it doesn't NEED to go in the tray, but it's fixed now, and I'm guessing the duel-core fix fixed it.
