Re: cant load up an audio directory with more than 1MB?
im not using the beta, which i really want to and might solve the problem, because my vista64 wont allow it. if you can solve this problem as well, i will gladly use the beta
Re: cant load up an audio directory with more than 1MB?
Yes, you can have any size files in a directory (although the game may have problems if more than 500 or so files are located in a single directory).
The errors you listed are unrelated to HLDJ, what is the exact problem you are experiencing? (including console output, game directory, etc)
edit: you may also want to try the new HLDJ 64-bit build if you're on a 64-bit system.

Re: cant load up an audio directory with more than 1MB?
I found the 64-bit version, but it did the same thing, but all i did was shut down, restart the comp, restart HLDJ, and it started working again. The only problem i got now is it won't save my settings. It will keep my saves in a file, but i cant load them up anymore. i gotta find them all over again everytime i restart my comp. any ideas?
Re: cant load up an audio directory with more than 1MB?
Okay, first (off-topic), did the 64-bit version of HLDJ run for you?
Second, when you say it doesn't save, do you mean the settings.hldj file isn't being loaded correctly. After you add your games, check the contents of the file. You should see your games along with their settings listed in it.
Also make sure you've extracted HLDJ properly (don't run it from within the zip file or the temp directory)
