The music will not play.

I installed it correctly and it loads right, but when I try to play music it doesn't work. Even the sample song doesn't work. Also when I try to convert the songs it makes them slo-mo. I even copied the sample song and it was still slo-mo.

By the sounds of it, you're converting incorrectly. Please read the manual as noted in the Forum rules above. It may also solve your other problems.
If it doesn't, ensure your microphone at least works normally. Also, after loading a file, alt+tab out of game and search your Steam directory for "voice_input.wav", tell me where if at all this shows up.

I don't have a microphone and I currently have a Vista machine. When I had a microphone it worked fine. But, I'll try to see if i can get the sample working. I looked for the voice input.wave and I didn't find it.

It's "voice_input.wav", if that isn't showing up it could be another problem. But either way, yes, Vista without a properly configured mic results in you needing to properly configure it. Search the forums, or better yet google for "vista mic problems setup" and you should find a solution. Some users report needing to plug in a mic at least once.
