hldj playing sounds slow

Hello

i downloaded hldj today and set it up and it was working fine, now all the sudden everytime i play a sound it plays it half the speed it originally is

wich is rather annoying, can someone please help me ? :D

Read the rules, try the sample wav, find out what you did wrong.
