Right ive had loads of trouble with all these music playing programs since i started using them...
Here is my problem.
The darn file wont play!
I have checked and voice_input.wav is located in the right dir,the file is converted properly.
Here is all the cvars that HLDJ requires while it is playing
"sv_voiceenable" = "1"
"voice_inputfromfile" = "1"
"voice_enable" = "1"
Bascically it is in the right dir,all the CVARS are right but it simply refuses to play!!
This is hl2dm and the voice_input.wav is in Alex4921\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\voice_input.wav!
This is driving me CRAZY.
Hoping for help soon

EDIT:I can hear the static from my own mike and if i turn it on i and speak i can hear my own voice but no song!
I also tried the sample song,that fails too

Re: You spin me right round(The bend)
I'm fairly certain that's the incorrect path for HL2DM, it should be in "half-life 2 deathmatch".
As to why it's not, is the engine displayed as HL or Source in HLDJ? If the former, remove it, check the integrity of the game files in Steam, and then re-add it to Setup.

Re: You spin me right round(The bend)
That is the correct directory as i checked in the "tips n tricks" section and found this
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch ...\SteamApps\username\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp
Which clearly states the game dir,Also the engine specified is source and not the HL engine!

Re: You spin me right round(The bend)
Yes it's the correct game directory, but it's not the correct directory for voice_input.wav. If the game is marked as Source and the game dir is as above, then voice_input.wav should be showing up in the parent directory (half-life 2 deathmatch). Make certain you have the correct information in your first post. If so, try removing hldj.settings and then Add All to have HLDJ find the correct paths for you.
