Need HLDJ Help

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium have all my updates and audio drivers are updated. I am trying to use HLDJ in Counter Strike Source but to no avail. I have downloaded the BETA HLDJ for Windows 7 and have the BETA Audacity. I have converted all my mp3s I wanted to wav files just like the instructions said. When I go to play said wav file in game I can see my mic icon in the bottom right corner but I cannot hear anything, nor can anyone else. I can talk fine in game though.
