Certain audio files not working

Right, so for some reason a few of the audio files I have don't play. There are one or two that work, but the rest, and all that I add, do not work either. I'm not sure why; they're all wav's, 11025 hz, 16 bit, mono, PCM uncompressed etc. I did something wrong somewhere along the lines, I'm sure of it, but I haven't been able to find the problem.
