HLDJ and Garry's Mod: Unknown command - "wait"

If I attempt to load a directory ingame using HLDJ, the console gets spammed with:

Unknown command "wait"

It doesnt go to the directory, and it won't load a song either. Did I do something wrong or is it something else?
