Sound does not come out when pressing key

1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?
yes

2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?

3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?

4) After loading one of the sample audio files, perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where?

it shows up in the TeamFortress2 folder

5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? *
I am not exactly sure. i do not have a mic. i wouldn't know how to enable voice operations but in TF2 everything is enabled. i run a windows 7....i used hlss before and it worked so i dont know what is the deal with this one.

nvm. i honestly dont know how but it started working. no problems. i went to a server that had voice enabled and it wasnt working...just tried it out and its working good. thanks anyways!

No problem. If it's a different server, the other server may have had sv_voice_from_file disabled.
