Extract scientist talk
Hi, I want to extract some speech that the scientists make from HL1, can this be done with HLSS? If so how?

This is the HLDJ forums, not HLSS. Keep that in mind next time you ask for help here.
If you search the internet, you could probably find all the sounds you need. In the event that you do not, somebody else would have to help you since I don't have HL1. If the sounds are not in the correct format, conversion is a simple enough matter detailed here. If they are MP3s, then it's even easier to convert them: just use HLDJ's built in converter (make sure you select the correct engine though).
